By purchasing a vendor table and participating in this event, you agree to the following:

1. Event Participation

 The event is organized by Vault Room Toys and Collectibles LLC, DBA Total Eclipse Card and Collectibles Show.

Vendors agree to operate in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner throughout the event.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for all merchandise, transactions, and interactions with attendees

• Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws

• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax for their individual businesses

• Vendors are responsible for securing their own belongings at all times

3. Setup & Breakdown

• Load-in times will be provided prior to the event

• Vendors must be fully set up before event start time

• Early breakdown is not permitted without prior notification and approval

4. Payments & Refunds

• All vendor table purchases are final and non-refundable

• Vendor spots may only be transferred with approval from the event organizers

• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, credits or transfers may be issued by the organizer

5. Liability & Risk

• Vendors participate at their own risk

• Total Eclipse Card Show and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance (if desired)

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct

 The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or stolen goods

• Counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise

• Offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate materials

• Use of illicit substances or alcohol during the event

• Weapons or Firearms

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor without refund for violations.

7. Booth Guidelines

• Vendors must gain prior approval for booth sharing

• Aisles must remain clear for safety and accessibility

• Displays must be stable and safe

8. Media & Promotion

By participating, vendors consent to:

• Photos/videos being taken during the event

• Use of this content for marketing and promotional purposes

9. Event Changes

 Event details (including time, layout, and logistics) are subject to change at any time.

10. Force Majeure

 Event organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control (weather, emergencies, venue issues, etc.).

11. Agreement

By purchasing a vendor table, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.

Attendee Terms & Conditions

By attending the Total Eclipse Card & Collectible Show, you agree to the following:

1. General Admission

This is a public event. By entering, attendees agree to follow all event rules and staff instructions.

2. Assumption of Risk

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to:

• Crowds

• Interactions with vendors/guests

• General event activities

3. Transactions

• All purchases are made directly between attendees and vendors

• Total Eclipse Card and Collectibles Show is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or product authenticity

4. Conduct

The following will not be tolerated:

• Disruptive behavior

• Harassment or unsafe actions

• Theft or illegal activity

• Use of illicit substances or alcohol during the event

Anyone violating these rules may be removed from the event without warning.

5. Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Media Release

By attending, you consent to:

• Being photographed or recorded

• Use of your likeness in promotional content

7. Event Changes

Event details (including time, layout, and vendors) may change without notice.

8. Right to Refuse Entry

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for any reason deemed necessary to maintain a safe environment.

9. Agreement

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
