Vendor Load-In Times
Vendor load-in begins at 12:00 PM
Please be fully set up by 1:45 PM
Arrival & Check-In
Check in with staff upon arrival
Vendor badges must be worn during the event
Staff will direct you to your assigned table(s)
Vendors who arrive after the event begins will not be permitted to set up. Please arrive on time and complete setup by 1:45 PM. No exceptions.
Must bring Photo ID and fill out and return tax form to event staff before the end of the show.
