Vendor Load-In Instructions – Total Eclipse Card Show

Vendor Load-In Times

• Vendor load-in begins at 11:30 AM

• Please be fully set up by 1:30 PM

• Show starts at 2:00 PM

Arrival & Check-In

• Check in with staff upon arrival at Main Stage.

• Vendor badges must be worn during the event

• Staff will direct you to your assigned table(s)

• Vendors who arrive after the event begins will not be permitted to set up. Please arrive on time and complete setup by 1:30 PM. No exceptions.

• Must bring Photo ID and fill out and return tax form to event staff before the end of the show.
