Vendor Load-In Instructions – Total Eclipse Card Show

Venue: The Boulevard Mall
Saturday, June 27th, 2026

Vendor Load-In Times

• Vendor load-in begins at 12:00 PM

• Please be fully set up by 1:45 PM

• Load-in and event parking is at the back of the mall, by Galaxy Theaters

Arrival & Check-In

• Check in with staff upon arrival

• Vendor badges must be worn during the event

• Staff will direct you to your assigned table(s)

• Vendors who arrive after the event begins will not be permitted to set up. Please arrive on time and complete setup by 1:45 PM. No exceptions.

• Must bring Photo ID and fill out and return tax form to event staff before the end of the show.
